» Large Retail Operators

InBroker® is an excellent option for retail chains since it enables them to take advantage of the large customer and business portfolio.

The system has a module that has been especially designed for the generation of quotations, subscription of policies, endorsements (annexes) and renewals at sales points or branches; and it further enables to carry out any of these operations on line. This means that the system allows for the possibility of having insurance sellers at different sales points, who can execute, from each store, different operations such as: contact the customer, make quotes, make sales, enter policy data and even print them. This is possible because the system is fully automated.

Furthermore, each sales point is centralized in a server and is delivered to the insurance company automatically. Policies are previously validated by this system and then the insurance company issues them formally.

One of the main advantages of this system is that the customer only has to focus on the sale, since all the BackOffice administrative process is automated, which allows for large profitability as regards the management of these insurances.

In addition to the software, Inworx® has the experience to implement this solution in retail stores, which guarantees a successful business adjustment.

» Advantages

» Product Configuration – Quotation

InBroker® Retail is fully modular and configurable, which allows for the configuration of insurance products of any insurance company.

Among others, it allows for the configuration of products of open, closed or partially-open insurance policies corresponding to: Automobile, House, Life, Personal Accident, ATM burglary and robbery, Retirement Income/ Pension Plan and Health, etc.

Then, from the InBroker® sales point Quotation module or InBroker® Web sales point, several products can be quoted simultaneously, allowing for the possibility to offer the customer the different cost-related alternatives fully online.

» Policy Management

The system allows for the loading of a large amount of policy-related data, with different formats for each line of insurance, having a wide database making it possible to load the data completely without need to resort to the customer’s file to consult what item is being insured.

This system has the capacity to keep the records of all the policies. It enables the performance comparisons between the policy and its different endorsements, since this module has been specifically designed for insurance companies use. It further has the capacity to carry out all the policy premium calculations (as well as the calculation of subsequent endorsements – annexes) automatically.

It has a configurable module for the automatic calculation of premiums and net premiums; it enables the issuance and endorsement control of the insurance companies.

» Commission Management

The management of commissions is totally open and provides for the possibility of managing brokers, sub-agents, commissioners, sellers, account executives, etc. in a fully parameter-determined and configurable way. Commission parameters and the cases in which they are paid are fully configurable.

» EDISEG and B2B Modules

InBroker® allows for the automation of the communication with insurance companies through the EDISEG and B2B modules. Through them, the following may be carried out automatically: sending of policy and endorsement application forms, receipt of the already issued policies, losses notification, premium payments notifications, etc. It also enables the access to insurance company quotes whether by connecting their DLLs or from Web services through the Internet.

» Collections and Payments

InBroker® Retail has a Collection module that enables the automatic debit interfaces programming for the collection of premiums, both directly with credit card operators or banks, and insurance companies. Furthermore, Inbroker has a module that has been especially designed for the cashier collection interface, which enables the reception of payments from the Retailer cashier itself.
InBroker® also has a special module for premium and commission payments to insurance companies and sales agents, co-brokers and sellers.

» Customer Care

This module enables the maintenance and control, in a centralized way, of all customer’s post-sale requests or claims, with an automated scheme for the loading of requirements and tasks that enable to make an internal follow-up of the issues until they are solved. It also enables the obtainment of statistics about claims and solution terms, which help monitor the broker’s customer service.

» Active Warnings

This module allows for an automatic agent who may control the whole operation and deliver messages via e-mail to the broker’s personnel to warn them about possible problems before the occurrence of certain events or status modifications.

» Robust 3-Layer Architecture

InBroker’s robust architecture provides high scalability and offers the possibility to process important volumes of information. With its Web-based 3-layer architecture, InBroker® is connected to the Retailer’s host systems and to the customer’s central base from the application server.
As in the other versions, InBroker® Retail is composed by functional services that may be licensed and implemented either individually or jointly and which expand the product’s functionality.

» Web Services

InBroker® is a system designed upon the basis of a service-oriented architecture (SOA). Most of these services are used by the different InBroker® modules and may be accessed by other applications through WEB SERVICES.
