» Brief Overview of Inworx Implementation Methodology

Any system implementation requires a solid methodology that allows the project to meet both time and budget objectives.
Inworx guarantees the implementations efficiency through a correct time and resources management. For this purpose, have high qualified professionals and expertise in this kind of projects.
Inworx® has built an implementation methodology composed by 10 differentiated phases with specifics targets to each one to guarantee the projects success.

» Phase 1 - Project Initiation:

» The goal of this phase is to confirm the project requirements in terms of scope, timescales, and participants and to agree an implementation framework reflecting the respective Client and Inworx roles and responsibilities. Defining realistic expectations will guarantee the success of the project and will lay the foundation for all the subsequent phases.

» Phase 2 - Software Installation:

» The goal of this phase is to install the current regional version of the system (Inbroker) on Client’s hardware platform. This consultant will verify the basic requirements needed by the application prior to the installation. The system will then be installed, databases initiated and basic testing will be performed to ensure that installed software works properly.

» Phase 3 - Project Team Training:

» The goal of this phase is to ensure that the system designers can make a full contribution to the decision making process in the next phase (Requirement Gathering and Solution Design) by providing a high level training at the earliest possible stage. This training covers the mechanics and features of the software, explores the scope of the software, design and parameterization issues.

» Phase 4 - Requirement Gathering and Solution Design:

» This process involves making decisions about how each of the application areas should be best configured and/or modifications developed to meet Client stated requirements. This phase will take the form of a workshop and interview activity. All modifications will be properly documented and signed by Inworx consultants, Client Managers, Key-Users or SME (Subject Matter Experts) and IT Staff to ensure that all modifications, parameterizations and development will be fully understood by all the participants of the project.

» Phase 5 - Solution Build:

» Based in all the documentation gathered, Inworx and Client should start building the final system. This stage involves creating reports, interfaces, language customizations, and if needed, the modification of existing functionalities or development of new modules to comply with the organization requirements. This phase also will deliver customized documentation for the system.

» Phase 6 - Data Migration:

» Early planning has identified any interface to be developed for the purpose of data transfer, clean-up tasks and feasibility of the process. During this phase all the required procedures to complete the Data Migration are developed and executed. Usually Inworx only gives support during this phase, as actual work is executed by Client’s IT Staff or third parties service providers.

» Phase 7 - Training:

» The purpose of this phase is to introduce and train trainers or final users on the new system, its scope and functionality, and how to use Inbroker in their work. The training agenda and required training materials will have been identified as part of the detailed planning and scoping as agreed during Phase 1 - Project Initiation.

» Phase 8 - User Acceptance Testing:

» The verification process that ensures that the delivered system has been built correctly in accordance with the agreed documentation is known as User Acceptance Testing. There will be testing for completeness and suitability as well as accuracy of results.

» Phase 9 - Live Operation:

» This phase is the actual execution of the procedures needed to put the solution in Live Operation on the final production environment.

» Phase 10 - Post Implementation and Sign-Off:

» During an agreed period of time, Inworx will provide on-site support in order to correct and bug detected, review all the decisions taken (related to the application), and gather information about additional requirements not detected before or out of the original scope. It will also identify any further training needs. At the end of this period the Sign-Off document is signed to formally agree the end of the implementation project and the initiation of the maintenance program.
