InBroker®, in its Professional version, is the best option for insurance Brokers because it is an integral solution that has been especially designed with modules that cover all the Brokerage-related operations.
 
InBroker® manages all Brokers’ activities, from prospects follow-up, to quotations, to policy and endorsement issuance orders management and all the follow-up process, including: collections, payments to insurance companies, commissions billing, claim reports and follow-up; commissions payments to third parties, etc.
 
InBroker® provides more automating capacity than any other, allowing for the processing of more operations with the same staff.   As regards customers’ management, the system allows for full information loading, such as: multiple addresses per customers, business activities-related data and image attachment (e.g., customers logos that may be used on reports), multiple portfolio segmentation, etc. It further allows for the establishment of relations between customers, customers and employees, economic groups and entrepreneurial groups, etc., and for a strict follow-up of all the documentation that may be sent and received between the insurance company and the customer, automated through an internal control module that is updated from the desk through a barcode in the documentation.
   
  » Product Configuration – Quotation:
  Inbroker Profesional is fully modular and configurable, which allows for the configuration of insurance products of any insurance company.
  Among others, it allows for the configuration of products of open, closed or partially-open insurance policies corresponding to: Automobile, House, Life, Personal Accident, Pension Plan and Health, etc.
  Then, from the InBroker® sales point Quotation module or InBroker® Web sales point, several products can be quoted simultaneously, allowing for the possibility to offer the customer the different cost-related alternatives fully online.
   
  » Policy Management:
  The system allows for the loading of a large amount of policy-related data, with different formats for each line of insurance, having a wide database, which makes it possible load the data completely without need to resort to the customer’s file to consult what item is being insured.
  This system has the capacity to keep the records of all the policies. It enables the performance comparisons between the policy and its different endorsements because this module has been specifically designed for insurance companies use. It further has the capacity to carry out all the policy premium calculations (as well as the calculation of subsequent endorsements – annexes) automatically.
  It has a configurable module for the automatic calculation of premiums and net premiums; it enables the issuance and endorsement control of the insurance companies.
   
  » Commissions Management:
  The management of commissions is fully open and provides for the possibility of managing brokers, sub-agents, commissioners, sellers, account executives, etc. in a fully parameter-determined and configurable way. Commission parameters and the cases in which they are paid are fully configurable.
   
  » Collections and Payments to Insurance Companies:
  This is a very complete and powerful module that allows for the management of different modalities and collection flows that operate in the market. It supports a wide variety of collection methods, which may be used in combination to provide a flexible scheme to the organization.
  It supports the payment of premiums in accordance with the different methodologies that may be used by the most important Brokers. Premium developments may be further configured by insurance company. This module has an automatic commission invoice or receipt generator for insurance companies and produces the accounting both of collections and payments in an automatic and parameter-determined way in order to adjust to your accounting system.
   
  » Claims:
  As regards claims, it has been fully loaded and can manage general data, documentation, multiple claims and claim-related payments, specific risk-related data, etc. There is also a services management module for employees and a specific module for bonds (guarantees) and life insurance.
   
  » Electronic Information Exchange Module, EDISEG and B2B:
  The EDI (Electronic Data Exchange) module allows for the definition of data exchange structures with the organization’s internal or external systems, as for example, communication interface with the different insurance companies through lot-processed files.
  Through the B2B (Business to Business) module, the sending of policy and endorsement issuance orders may be automated, together with the reception of the policies or endorsements that may be issued by the insurance company in the form of safe XML messages automated with the insurance company.
