| For Inworx®, its customers training in the use of tools is one of the most important pillars of the implementation service. Proper training in the different implementation process stages and thereafter is very important so that the customer’s personnel may leverage the product’s functionalities. |
| Inworx® provides its customers with the necessary training in accordance with their needs. These activities encompass both the functional training for each product start-up and the training in the daily used functionalities for the different modules. |
| During the implementation process, Inworx IT Solutions offer different training courses, in accordance with the system version and type of customer, including: |

Initial training for the customer’s implementation teamwork upon commencement of the implementation. |

Technical training for the customer’s IT team on Inworx technology. |
| |

Training on the system’s configuration and parameters assignment. |
| |

Users training before and after startup, either through Trainers Training or direct users Training. |

Customer system’s area training for users’ level 1 support. |
| |

| » |
Users’ post-implementation training for knowledge strengthening upon start-up. |

| Training services may be offered by Inworx either at our customers’ facilities or at Inworx’s facilities, at the customer’s choice. |

| Training services are offered by Inworx-certified professionals, including: Trainers, Consultants, Engineers, and other specialists, depending on the specific training need. |
| |
| In order to guarantee proper training for users, Inworx® makes an evaluation (optional) and its result is processed at the end of the training and sent to the customer so that it may know how its personnel performed during the training program. |

| There are different training plans, with different duration in accordance with the customer needs (2, 4, 8 hours) and the availability of the personnel to be trained. Training groups are made up of at least 2 people and no more than 10. |

| Inworx® has e-learning capabilities and provides long-distance courses for some training courses. |
| |
| For each training course, Inworx® has didactical material that has been especially designed in accordance with the customer’s type of implementation, i.e., such material contains data related to the customer’s work. |
